Terms of Service

By accessing or using the routed.sh service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

routed.sh provides an AI inference routing service that aggregates capacity from multiple infrastructure providers and routes your API requests intelligently. The Service includes: - Access to multiple open-source AI models through a single API endpoint - Intelligent request routing to optimize for availability and latency - Automatic failover between infrastructure providers - OpenAI-compatible API interface - Usage analytics and monitoring The specific models, providers, and features available may change over time as we expand our partnerships and capabilities.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription Plans: We offer subscription plans with different request limits (Pro: 100 requests, Ultra: 1,000 requests, Max: 2,500 requests). Request counts reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Per-Request Pricing: Your subscription provides a fixed number of requests per month. The cost per request varies by model and is documented in our pricing page. Additional requests beyond your plan limit are not available without upgrading. Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and to update it as necessary. We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store your full card details on our servers. Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

You agree not to use the Service to: - Violate any applicable law or regulation - Infringe the rights of any third party - Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service - Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization - Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure providers' systems We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service, including prompts and model responses. We do not store the content of your prompts or model responses after they have been delivered to you. Routing metadata (model selected, provider used, latency) is retained for up to 90 days for analytics and service improvement. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

Our Service Level Agreement is documented separately at /sla. The SLA defines our uptime commitments, measurement methodology, exclusions, and credit policies. The SLA is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service and its original content (excluding content you submit), features, and functionality are owned by routed.sh and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of routed.sh.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, routed.sh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with notice where circumstances permit. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which routed.sh is incorporated.
