We use the information we collect to: - Provide, maintain, and improve our AI inference routing service - Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices - Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages - Respond to your comments, questions, and requests - Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our service - Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities - Personalize and improve your experience

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except as described below: Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing and infrastructure provisioning. Infrastructure Providers: When we route your API requests to infrastructure providers, we share only the minimum information necessary to fulfill your request (model specification, request payload). We do not share your account information with infrastructure providers. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We retain usage data and routing metadata for up to 90 days for analytics and service improvement. We retain billing records for the period required by applicable tax and financial regulations. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. All API requests are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission where applicable.
